Three levels of DPS
Staffing MS offers a DPS on three levels:
For clients with a public procurement obligation, Staffing MS has created the portal www.dastehuur.nl. The set-up phase for this DPS is already complete and a great many suppliers are already subscribed. On the portal, you can immediately gain a sense of how the system operates, without the need for any extensive research or investment beforehand. What’s more, the DPS remains open to new subscribers, including your favourite suppliers. For more information visit: www.dastehuur.nl.
DPS as a service
We have developed a standard method for setting up a dedicated, customised DPS quickly and cost-effectively. Just three weeks from the moment you decide to use the DPS service, your system will be ready for the set-up phase. Besides your own suppliers, a further 4,000-plus agencies and thousands of freelancers from the Staffing MS database can subscribe. Once the formal 30 days have lapsed, your system will be ready for posting requests. You will pay a one-off fee for the implementation and a fixed amount for each successful award. An example: www.inhuurdeskprovincie-utrecht.nl.
DPS as MSP
DPS as MSP (Managed Service Provider) means that the system is fully integrated into a Vendor Management System (VMS)-supported hiring process. We act as Managed Service Provider and take all the administrative burden around the hiring process off your hands: from setting up a DPS to issuing requests in the DPS environment. And from awarding the contract to managing the dossiers. Plus, recording, verifying and reimbursing the hours worked. The DPS is free for suppliers to access. Following the award of a contract, the MSP charges a fee per hour worked. Other than a one-off implementation fee, there are no further costs to you.
